Guidelines for the Optional Leadership Coaching for Sustained Success

Objectives:

Brand new to the MOLLI Residential Program (RP) this year, the optional Leadership Coaching for Sustained Success offers RP alumni an opportunity to continue learning from leadership experts. The following is a list of primary objectives of the leadership coaching component:

• Foster long-term leadership development through a sustained model,
• Create a community of leaders supporting one another in higher education, and
• Cultivate a cross-institutional network that strengthens the work across higher education.

Matching Process:

Participation is voluntary for both leadership coaches and participants. A brief application will collect information on preferences, areas of expertise, professional interests, goals, and availability. Matches will be made based on thematic and professional alignment, though not necessarily identical roles or institutions. Once matches have been made, all leadership coaches and participants will receive a brief virtual orientation to clarify expectations and goals.
