The MOLLI Residential Program (RP)

Launched in 2017 and now in its eighth year, the MOLLI RP is a cornerstone of the MOLLI leadership journey. It is a leadership development opportunity in which participants engage in an immersive experience designed for a small cohort. The curriculum consists of individual components and peer group discussions, including experiential activities, self-reflection, and practical interactions with recognized leaders in the higher education and online learning communities. Upon completion of the RP, participants can receive a number of digital credentials to showcase their achievement.

The program is designed to do the following:

• Develop and support participants’ individual and team leadership skills;
• Provide participants with the insights and tools to prepare for a personal career and leadership plan;
• Prepare future and current leaders with skills to manage organizational change;
• Guide participants to define their institution’s online learning culture within the wider context of the higher education community; and
• Help participants build a professional network and contribute to community development.

Upon completion of the RP, including activities that begin upon completion of the residential component, participants have a unique opportunity to participate in the newly designed Quality MattersTM (QM) Leadership Bootcamp. If interested in taking the next step in career progression and become the go-to leader in digital learning, the Bootcamp program can put participants on the path to becoming a trusted resource for high-level leaders at your institution by helping you build essential skills and strategies. This comprehensive virtual program combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring participants can effectively implement quality frameworks in their respective sectors. Upon completion of the Bootcamp, participants will receive a digital credential to showcase their competencies. Registration for the Bootcamp can be found on the QM website.
