Guidelines for the Doug Gray Leadership Excellence Award

Objectives:

The Doug Gray Leadership Award is the highest peer recognition given during the MOLLI Residential Program (RP)—awarded to a participant who has exemplified exceptional leadership throughout our time together. This tradition honors the legacy of inaugural director Doug Gray, a foundational leader of MOLLI and a guiding force behind this very program.

Instructions for Participants:

Nominate one participant who best represents the spirit of leadership throughout the MOLLI RP. Think about who helped create a sense of community, who supported your or others’ growth, and who led with purpose, grace, and courage. Consider the individual in group activities, formal discussions, and informal moments. This is your opportunity to celebrate a colleague who inspired you, supported the cohort, and rose to the moment.

Submission Guidelines:

Please submit your nomination, along with a brief statement, by Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. via this secure submission form. You can remain anonymous.

The recipient of the Doug Gray Leadership Award will be announced on Thursday, July 24, 2025 during the graduation ceremony and presented by Doug Gray himself!
