35 Maintaining Your Mental Health After Starting College

My project covers the topic of maintaining your mental health when you enter college. Going into college as a first-year student can be exciting. You’re going to be meeting new people, choosing your career goals, and taking new and interesting classes. Even though these things sound fun, the amount of new experiences can be overwhelming. The transition from high school to college is a major one. Your whole life changes, and this can take a toll on your mental health. It’s important to make sure that you’re taking care of yourself during your first year of college, both physically and mentally. This graphic is intended to help prepare you for some common issues that first year students face and how to deal with them in a healthy way.
