Tips on what to do if you recognize you are drowsy while driving

  • Pull over and take a 15–20-minute nap
  • Take a quick walk
  • Drink a caffeinated beverage
  • Try and drive in times you are normally awake
Ask students to answer the Essential Question in the space provided and conduct a group discussion
