• Identify the procedures and processes for starting and stopping smoothly
• Explain the importance of starting and stopping smoothly
• Identify options for speed control

Lesson 4: Communication (20 Minute Lesson)

• Demonstrate how to send and receive communications effectively using a variety of techniques
• Describe how attitudes and emotions affect the ability to communicate and interact with other roadway users
